Thoughts for Meditation and Positive Affirmation

' A ~ Z '

Sherry K. wrote and published the following essays in the A.R.E. newsletter (the Edgar Cayce organization in Virginia Beach, VA). As I became more familiar with the series, I realized their tremendous value as subjects for meditation.  Sherry has generously shared these essays with us, it's my hope that we'll all learn and grow from the abundance of wisdom contained in each of them!   Sherry K. works at the A.R.E. in VA. She is a Reiki Practitioner and Certified Hypnotherapist.  You may contact Sherry at Skulakowski@edgarcayce.org

Focusing upon an Ideal during meditation helps us to clear our mind and access a deeper level of understanding of any subject from our Inner Teacher.  At the end of each essay I've suggested some related Affirmations/Ideals that you might like to try. They blend effectively with the Silent Meditation Technique I've presented within this site.

I'll be adding entries on a regular basis, please bookmark this page to be sure you see all of them!
